We provide web development, custom software and SaaS development, cloud development and DevOps, mobile app development, UX/UI and product design, e-commerce development, SEO, digital marketing and paid media, website accessibility work, and ongoing maintenance and support.
This website describes those services and lets you get in touch about them. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of any particular result. The specific scope, fees, timeline, and terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between you and ExcellaTek. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.
You agree to use this site lawfully, and not to interfere with it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to transmit spam or malicious code.
ExcellaTek operates a text messaging program for prospective and existing clients. These terms apply to it.
Opt-in happens by phone call. During a call with an ExcellaTek representative, you may be asked whether you would like to receive text messages from us. If you agree, we send a single confirmation request, and you must reply YES to confirm your consent.
No messages are sent before that YES. Replying YES is what starts the program. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency varies.
Data rates may apply. Message and data rates are charged by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility, not ExcellaTek’s.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent after that confirmation.

No contract for services exists between you and ExcellaTek until both parties sign a written agreement. Material changes to the SMS program terms will be communicated to enrolled participants. Continuing to use the site or the messaging program after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the site and reply STOP to leave the messaging program.
